1. PREAMBLE & PARTIES

This agreement is a legally binding contract between Starlancer Srl (Aleea Privighetorilor 86P, 014031 Bucharest, Romania), operator of McServ.org, and you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (the "Client").

By accessing McServ.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the services and must stop immediately.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Products include temporary advertising (Sponsored Slots) and Premium memberships. Services are provided "AS IS."

3. ELIGIBILITY

Services are intended for users at least 13 years old. Minors must have parental permission and supervision.

Users must provide accurate info. False data results in immediate suspension.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to harm the site or its integrity, including:

• Automated Access: Using bots or scrapers to retrieve data for a competing directory.
• Rank Manipulation: Manipulating rankings with fake votes or mass account creation.
• Security Interference: Bypassing security features or access restrictions.
• Illegal Content: Uploading defamatory, violent, or copyrighted material.
• Harassment: Submitting false reports or harassing staff.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Property: We own all code, databases, and designs (the "Content") and Marks on McServ.org.

Your Contributions: By posting content (Contributions), you grant McServ.org an irrevocable license to use and display it for promotional purposes.

6. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Payments via Credit Card or PayPal. Charges are in Euro (€) unless stated otherwise.

• Final Sale: All sales are final. No refunds once the promotion has started.
• Withdrawal: A 7-day withdrawal right applies only if the service has not yet started.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

7. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We disclaim all warranties. McServ.org is not liable for data loss or damages.

Liability Cap: Liability is limited to the amount paid in the 6 months prior to the claim.

8. TERMINATION

We may deny access or delete accounts at our sole discretion.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania / France. Disputes shall be resolved via negotiation for 30 days before legal action.
