1. PREAMBLE & PARTIES

This agreement is a legally binding contract between Starlancer Srl (Aleea Privighetorilor 86P, 014031 Bucharest, Romania), editor of McServ.org, and you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (the "Client").

By accessing McServ.org, you agree to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

The products governed by these terms include temporary advertising slots (Sponsored Slots) and Premium memberships. Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" for your business or personal use.

3. SUBSCRIPTION & ELIGIBILITY

The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Minors (under 18) must have the permission and direct supervision of a parent or guardian.

Users must provide accurate registration information. Failure to maintain truthful data results in immediate account suspension.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

As a user, you agree not to engage in activities that harm the Site or its integrity, including:

• Automated Access: Using bots, scripts, or scrapers to retrieve data or compile a competing directory.
• Rank Manipulation: Manipulating rankings via fake votes, mass account creation, or fraudulent reviews.
• Security Interference: Circumventing or disabling security features or access restrictions.
• Illegal Content: Uploading defamatory, obscene, violent, or racist content, or material violating third-party copyrights.
• Harassment: Using support services to submit false reports or harassing McServ.org employees.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Property: We own all source code, databases, and website designs (the "Content") and Marks (logos/trademarks) on McServ.org.

Your Contributions: By posting server information, banners, or reviews (Contributions), you grant McServ.org an unrestricted, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use, copy, and display this content for promotional and commercial purposes.

6. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Payments are processed via Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard) or PayPal. All charges are in Euro (€) unless specified otherwise.

• Final Sale: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the service (promotion) has started.
• Withdrawal: A 7-day withdrawal right applies only if the service has not been implemented (pre-orders).
• Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices at any time with 30 days' notice for recurring services.

7. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. McServ.org is not liable for data loss or direct/indirect damages.

Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you during the six (6) month period prior to the cause of action.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to deny access to the Services to any person for any reason without notice. We may delete your account at our sole discretion.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Romania / France. Any disputes shall be resolved through informal negotiations for 30 days before initiating legal proceedings.
